Cardiac Rehabilitation Program offers exercise/education programs to help with heart disease recovery. The program is led by Enloeâ??s cardiac rehab team of cardiologists; cardiovascular nurses; exercise physiologists and registered dietitians. Whatâ??s more; the entire team focuses on a central goal: conditioning the body to take pressure off the heart.
