Recently visited this Applebee's while traveling with my granddaughter's basketball team to an away game. The food and service was so great that the next trip caused us to not hesitate with a return visit. The biggest problem we had was deciding on what to eat from their large menu. Each person in our party selected a different meal and everyone was very happy with their food. It was tasty and served wiithout a lot of delay. This season's basketball schedule will cause us to be in the Chico area one more time and no one in our family has any doubts about where we will go again for dinner. Thank you Applebee's for great meals away from home!

What I wanted was advertised on the wall where I waited! It was on the menu that was given to me! Yet when I ordered, I was told there was a day & time restriction on that so tough luck! Knot knowing what to order I ended up with a bunch of crap!! And it tasted like crap! Costing 2X as much. The waitress knew better than ask how it was!!

I ordered a gardenburger and they topped it with cubed ham! I was upset because I had made it clear to the server that I was a vegetarian when I ordered, and had specifically mentioned it because I didn't want the bacon & eggs that come on the side salad. But he didn't seem to think it was a big deal when I showed him the ham. And though he didn't charge me for the burger, I was still charged for the side salad I had with it! I was very dissappointed with my experience and will never eat at this or any other Applebee's location again.
