Advanced Builiding Services provides several assessment needs. We perform infrared (IR) evaluations, energy assessments/audits, and both home and commercial inspections for real estate transactions. Additionally, with a licensed contractor on staff, we can perform remodels or upgrades to your home and business that will make them more energy efficient. These improvements can improve comfort, save money, and reduce the impact on the environment. We are a PG&E approved contractor for the Energy Upgrade CA program and can participate in the rebates that are currently being offered. In many cases, we can assist you in finding funding, such as Energy Efficient Mortgages, that can help to afford these improvements.
