In my experiences in western retail outlets in Oklahoma I have to say by far this location is the worse place I've ever been to...... The customer service was horrid to say the least the only brand they had in my size was the most expensive (redwing)..... When you are on a tight budget $185.00 is a lot of money to be shelling out..... I don't like to be pushed into a sale by sales clerks and the young lady assisting me did just that.... From now on I'll take my business to OKC where I used to shop...... At least I'll get to look on my own and if need help I can go get a service REP...... This store needs to learn a lot about customer service
