I feel like we are living in a high class white trash trailer park, This place has really gone down hill since our last manager left. The grass hasn't been mowed in almost 1 1/2 months. Tenants are threatening to move out. Several have moved out, because of how they have been treated by the staff, I really loved this place when I moved in 1 year ago. It was a nice place then.

They were very nice and outgoing when I went in. You have to realize that they're very busy. Nice apartments nice area to live in.

I really don't think this complex wants new tenants. The people there always looked me up and done suspiciously and were very unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed to be too busy to answer or return my calls. This complex is the prettiest out in Chickasha but it's the worst by far. I do not recommend this complex to anyone unless you are looking for critical uptight managers who act like they don't like you and are much too busy for you.
