Chloe Gilmore is a horrible employee! Long story short: I received an email the day before from xfinity stating my account was audited and I was going to be charged $30 more per month. I talked to customer service today who suggested coming to the Ashland office to get things sorted out. I originally talked to Jose who resolved the charges but also notice my contract was going to end in about 1 week and gave me a new promo. So far no real problems. I then return within 15 minutes to ask a couple of questions but Jose is on break. I end up taking to Chloe Gilmore. I state that I just entered into a new promo that will charge me $30 more a month for services I do not need. How much is just the internet? Chloe reports that internet is $80 per month but there are promos but she cannot tell them to me until my contract ends in a week. I told her that doesnt make sense because Jose just told me some promos and changed me to another Promo while I am still in the same contract. I said this is stupid and useless. Chloe said you are useless! I asked for her name and left. I called customer service who gave me an internet promo $50 per month and resolved the situation. People do not need to be treated poorly when trying to solve simple problems. Chloe was being lazy by not looking up the promos and did not want to help me and followed this up by calling me useless. One call to customer service resolved the situation in only a few moments.
