WSDD Staff Weiss, Sugar, Dvorak & Dusek, Ltd is a Chicago-based accounting firm that traces its roots to a partnership founded in 1950. The firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of CPAs. Currently, the firm has five principals and a total staff of fifteen. Principals in our firm work with staff on all engagements, which limits unnecessary administrative overhead. Our low employee turnover means our personnel are professionally trained for each engagement. WSDD understands its clients' needs. Staff members and principals are generalists who have been exposed to many engagements. We take great pride in the fact that the majority of our clients are business owners or managers who are invested in acquiring quality accounting services.
