I wanted to give no stars at all but I had to click something.. I'm a person that has a always paid her bills on time if not a head of time however I found myself needing some assistance this past August so I went to WECAN to apply for a hardship fund.. The office is filthy and the employees are super ghetto working in what looked like their pajamas.. One young lady even has her toddler there with her as she works yet they have signs all around the place that say its not a daycare(so much for that). Long story short be careful of this place because my forms were NEVER actually submitted the young lady said she submitted everything yet she did not. I can't even contact them via that listed number.. The Young lady that serviced me also offered to "Hook someone up" that didn't qualify for assistance while I was there (rolls eyes) at the end of the day she didn't even do her job for the person that actually needed help. smh this kind of ignorance only happens in our community..
