I really like the way Sholmo helped me with my car issue I had. I am really happy about the cheap car I got. But the best part is Adam assured me that I could take in my car anytime and he'd take care of the repairs for me!

Hope this helps you!!! But I have to agree with the second review. I have had some rough times & went through an ugly divorce and as a result neglected my credit while fighting with my wife. I completely destroyed my credit that was at 715 and fell to 480. I had to as a result do a bankruptcy,repossessions. I have tried to get back on my feet and purchase a vehicle a year later, I was turned down by numerous dealerships. Only to finally get an approval at The Auto Warehouse, they gave me a second chance. They were friendly they report credit, they actually help me repair my credit which is now at 624. I would highly recommend them and am hoping to upgrade my car soon. Pros: very friendly, nice cars, easy financing second chance, 24 hr test drives,report credit Cons: only two locations both Chicago,website not always updated inventory,do not accept cash...otherwise :)

I would not recommend that you buy a car from this place. We went in to look at a mustang that they told me was no longer available (it is still listed on their website as being available). They pushed me to purchase a 1999 Volvo - which I didn't want. I wanted to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee (it was listed at $2000 less than the Volvo) and they told me that they could not finance me for the Cherokee, but they could finance me for the Volvo. Long story short, they will jack around with you and only finance you for the car they want you to buy, not for the car you want to buy.

This place is just a "nice people" place. I have been buying cars there for 9 years now. Never an uncomfortable moment:)
