Apparently, Temp-Tech does not warrant their glass. We purchased shower glass from Temp-Tech, which was installed by a professional installer. A few weeks later, when the lighting conditions in the shower room were right, we noticed a series of scratches on the glass. We contacted Temp-Tech and talked to Guy Dekker, who told us that they did not warrant their glass in any way. Based on this experience with Temp-Tech, we highly recommend that anyone considering doing business with them look elsewhere. Regardless, we are presently looking into whether Temp-Tech's product sold to us is in violation of safety standards for shower doors, and whether we have recourse under the Uniform Commercial Code and/or related commercial statutes of Illinois.
