I brought my clothes in to have my shirts laundered and my dry cleaned. Shirts were laundered but my pants were not dry cleaned. They just pressed them. They had the same spots. Will not go back
Hi ladies. This is Michelle Walker. I would like to thank you for a great job on my daughters 2 prom dresses. When I came home the girls looked lovely and my son could hardly choose which sister looked the best for his escort. My husband loved the great repair on his reversible zipper on his fur jacket. I've had the worst experience with this cleaners in my LIFE. My skirt was stolen by someone who apparently works for the company. I was told that after 30 days that items left behind where given away; to whom that wasn't disclosed to me. Well I know for a fact that this is untrue because I've had articles of clothing in this cleaners for well over 30 days up until a year and when I returned my items where still there. Not to mention I was given the run around about my skirt being misplaced and not given away due to the 30 day policy. The owner of the cleaners informed me that if he couldn't find my skirt that I would be reimbursed which turned out to be a lie. Not only did the cleaners refuse to reimburse me for my skirt which only cost $34.90, but they had the nerves to be rude to me. I have never witnessed such lack of customer service in my entire life. Oh!!!!! I was offered free cleaning services in replace of reimbursement. What a joke! I will never utilize there services again.
