I was in this subway this morning getting my 3 kids lunches as they were going on a field trip today. I have a picky 5 yr old that likes cheese and bacon. No, said the girl serving its only ham salami or Tuna! Really whats the big deal, so I said, "harge me if you have to but that's what he'd like". So She did, a dollar! Then my 9 year old has all the kids sides but likes the bigger sandwich which of course I know it's more money and not a problem but can you believe that she wouldn't give me a kids disposable bag cause of the bigger sandwich. Unbeliebable! I said he's going on a field trip and once again, please feel free to charge me. So she did, a dollar! It was fine on her side though when she had no chilled juice boxes. But I was ok with that someone didn't stock them, hey, things happen. It's not the money it's the principle and customer service. Would it teally have made a difference to give bacon instead of ham? Or a cheap kids bag? Really how do these businesses stay in business with employees like these. You have just lost a customer over a piece of bacon and a cheap bag :) never again will I visit that subway or any other for that fact!
