Strube Celery & Vegetable is one of Chicago s largest and oldest receivers and wholesale distributors of a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables. The company s 70,000 square foot warehouse is comprised of 1 million cubic feet of space that is racked and divided up into 14 controlled environments designed to receive, store, stage and distribute its produce. Established in 1913, the company s products include tomatoes, onions, potatoes, avocados, cabbage, sweet corn, lettuce, grapes, peaches, limes, garlic, carrots, radishes and citrus fruits.
