The ribtips are good and with the jumbo tips you do get a lot. The fries not so much. However the reason for the rating is the long wait time and they don't inform you of this at all. You can't place an order over the phone during certain times. I waited 30 minutes for my order. This is poor management plain and simple. Sorry I will not be back.
