      Ruined Shoes

      Dropped off a pair of $500 pair of men's dress shoes that had a small stain on them. When they were returned the shoes were missing the shoelaces (while a small thing, they match the shoe specifically). More importantly, they were a completely different color. Rather than fix the specific spot, they died the whole shoe. They now look like garbage and the manager is offering no recourse. Do not go to this place!!!!

      I broke my narrow straps on my good pair od patent shoes. Nobody in the neighborhood was very willing to do the repair since i work downtown i called Sam The Shoe Doctor. they told me to bring them in as they were sure they could replace the straps.The counter person Mary at Sam The Shoe Doctor replaced the straps with No problem, and with a smile. I will recommend all my friends To Sam the Shoe Doctor.
