DON'T WASTED YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I called before going over and asked if I could get an estimate for (CODES) repairs need to pass the IL Air Team Vehicle Inspection test, I was told to come in, after getting there I was told "I can't give you an estimate because you actually looked up your codes" (through the manufacturer of my car, so now I know whats wrong with it and you can't add additional items and charges to the list of needed repairs), "We need to run a diagnostic" (the same test as the IL Air Team)..."So we can't give you an estimate" THIS IS A RIP OFF TACTIC!!! There's an abundant of other repair facilities on the air team list to make the necessary repairs!!!

We take both our Nissan as well as our Audi here. They are quick to turn the car around and have always been very knowledgeable and honest. I've taken my used cars to other shops where they gouge part and service prices but they are below competitive here. There have been plenty of opportunities to be less than honest as we took the car in because of a weird noise under the engine. Turns out there was a piece of plastic from the road wrapped up underneath the wheel well. They took it out - no charge. As long as I live in Chicago, I will conitnue to bring our cars here for service.
