From the electricians who show up at your home or business to install your alarm, to the ladies who handle scheduling and billing, everyone involved at QIS is from this southside neighborhood. After shopping security systems from ADT, Protection One, and APX it was refreshing to have a salesperson come over to my house that didn't try to scam me into a long term contract, or demand my social security number or credit card. After the alarm was installed, anytime I had a question, all I had to do was call the office to talk to a real person. There are no automated dark holes at this company. When trusting a security company, it made more sense to me to trust a company comprised of respected members of my community, rather than somebody that showed up at my door and offered to install a system for "free."
