I'd make it 6 stars if I could. Had to get my teenage daughter and her cousin from the train station to the hotel, then to/from a Harry Styles concert at the United Center, and then back again. You can trust these guys with your kids. Their chat feature is top-notch, available 24/7, prices are more than fair, and they communicate with you in real-time. My daughter had nothing but the highest praise for all of the drivers.
