I've been here a couple times in the last couple months and both times have been OK. I really liked the Kobe burger and the french fries are unusually good here. Some of the seating has a view of the ice skaters, which is pretty cool because it's different than most other restaurants. Service in both cases was acceptable. I didn't see the wait staff come around much, but in both cases I didn't really need refills or anything. One of my co-workers who had been here more often said that sometimes service is slow. It's nice that you can make reservations online. Overall, I think I'd come back on occasion, but I didn't see anything really special about this place.
A good Kobe burger, no doubt, but the rest of the fare is overrated. Prices probably pay for the beautiful views of Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park. Great wine list, but there's other places with more reasonable prices.
