Columbus Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 216-bed medical care facility based in Chicago, Ill. The center offers a variety of special services in physical, occupational, speech and hearing therapies. It also provides respite programs, infusion therapy, hospice care, Alzheimer s care and nursing assistance. Its rehabilitation program includes neuromuscular disorder care, orthopedic rehabilitation, joint replacement, post-surgical mobility rehabilitation, stroke recovery and post-operative wound care. The rehabilitation center is certified for Medicare, Medicaid and Medicaid pending.
