They have awful customer service. They came a picked up an air conditioner from my home. They had for a total of 5 weeks. I had to call them after the 3rd week to find out the status. When they returned to unit, it still did not work properly. I called to set up an appointment for them to come back, it took them more than a week to call me back. I had to have someone else go behind their lack of work. Overall, they are slow and not customer friendly at all. Would never refer this company for any repairs.
