Good service by the technicians. HORRIBLE customer service by the CSR & billing. 4 phone calls in less than 24 hours= excessive. Borderline rude responses with an air of superiority is not good business practice if you are trying to develop a loyal client base.

We had a new Lennox furnace installed by Four Seasons back in April and I thought I'd share our fantastic experience. Our old furnace was 22 years old and had been repaired twice for separate issues in the past so we opted to get it replaced this time because there was a problem with the heat exchanger. From the first service call we put in to get the old furnace looked at, to the crew who installed the new furnace, the level of service was exceptional and it's quite a change from what we've become accustomed to in the service industry. Everyone was professional, thorough, and good at what they did. We'll be recommending Four Seasons to family and friends alike!

These guys did a great job. We hired them clean our house and rental property all in one day, so we spent a lot of time together. They have a very nice and professional staff. I would recomend using this company.
Extremely satisfied with the service! From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, next day service. The two gentlemen were very professional and thorough. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and willing to answer any questions. I am looking forward to using their services in the future, and definitely recommend them for air duct cleaning.

5 Star rating!! The guys were polite and patient and answered all my questions. They did a great job, my dryer is even drying my clothes without having to run it through 2 cycles now!! I asked if they'd please check to see why I wasn't getting heat in my bedroom and they opened a closed vent in the duct while they were cleaning for me. Over and above the call of duty!! The dust in my house has been cut down too!! I will call them again for sure!! Kathy Ottolino Marengo

I can't say enough about this company. From the moment I called and spoke with Tom about scheduling, to when the technicians arrived and completed the job, it was nothing but professional. Tom was extremely accommodating while scheduling, and the technicians did everything the website said they would do. The price quoted on the phone was the price I paid. Absolutely no additional fees. I highly recommend Mr. Duct, and when needed again I will call them.

Mr. Duct was AWESOME! Our girls just moved into a condo and they both suffer heavy allergies. We wanted to get their new home as clean for them as we could and we called Mr. Duct because their website was so informative. When we called in, the young woman on the phone was helpful, responsive, and even discounted the service a little for us. She set us up for service two days after we called in and the young men that came into our home were great. They were mindful of leaving a mess and worked around us moving furniture. We're going to be calling them out for our home in the fall and would recommend these guys to ANYONE!

Very impressed with the service provided by Mr. Duct. They were honest about pricing right off the phone, sent a copy of the receipt along with confirmation details shortly after we booked over the phone, and never once tried to tack on anything extra. We appreciate their work and look foward to recommending them to friends and collegues.
Great company to deal with! East to make an appointment and not long to wait. As a first time user of duct cleaning services, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician. Very thorough and informative. The price was good too!
We are pleased with the service received. The gentlemen who came were gracious, clean and very thorough. They took me through everything they were going to do, what they were doing as they performed their work and finally, took time to completely explain what they found and were able to accomplish Excellent job from start to finish. We've noticed considerable decrease in dust and an all over air quality difference. We'd recommend this business to anyone in need of duct cleaning and plan on using them in the future when it was recommended we do so.

The technician sent to our home was great - we got a video of the ducts that proved all the crud was pulled out. It's been a couple of months since the cleaning and we've seen a decrease in allergies, so we're happy with the air duct cleaning provided by Mr. Duct.
