MioMed Orthopaedics is a distributor of durable medical equipment, orthotics, and surgical equipment. We specialize in orthopaedics and orthopedic rehabilitation products and services. Our corporate headquarters are in Chicago, Illinois. We operate in three Midwestern states, with a sales and service team of more than 20 highly skilled representatives. Incorporated in 2002, MioMed Orthopedics, Inc represents several industry leading orthopedic manufacturers in the states of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. The foundation of our growth is directly attributed to the strong relationships forged with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, surgery centers, physical therapists and athletic trainers. Our administrative support personnel are proud to provide exemplary customer service and follow-up to ensure consistent and reliable processing of all orders. Our goal is to always move forward by trying to identify and define a better future for the Orthopedist and his/her patient. We strive to be a collaborative partner in the continuum of patient care. Since 1998, we have been working to obtain contracts with many HMOs, PPOs, workers compensation, and private insurance companies. Gaining preferential, and in some cases, exclusive contracts early on has given us an edge. The experience we have gained has made MioMed Orthopedics' insurance billing department into a division generating over $100, 000 monthly. For over 10 years, MioMed Orthopaedics, Inc has received achievement awards from all of the manufacturers it represents. This is attributed to our select team of territory leaders and sales associates.
