My Family are from the U.K.. Now, I live in Philadelphia. My sister lives in Chicago. My Mom & Dad first used Marcel Florist to send my sister flowers for her birthday. When I called her to wish her a happy birthday, she raved about the flowers. I have used Marcel Florist to send her flowers several times after that for different occasions. My sister always loves the flowers. The arrangements are always sophisticated and Fresh. I will continue to use Marcel Florist. They have never let me down.

All of the people that I have sent flowers to, have loved them! The last order on July 3rd was for a birthday. She said they were so Bright and Vibrant, very fresh. She also commented on the quality of the vase. When I call to order I always inquire about how business is. The last person I spoke with reported that business was great! He said that Marcel has made over 25,000 flower arrangements since opening in 2006. That is a lot. The Phone people are always friendly. A couple of times I needed the flowers there fast, and they have delivery upgrades to get them there faster than normal. I actually took the time to read their Delivery Policy, and now when normal delivery does not work for me, I upgrade. I would highly recommend Marcel Florist, and will continue to use them.ly recommended because

I called other florist at 4:00 PM and no one could deliver my order. I was ready to give up and decided to call Marcel Florist. They said that they could still make the delivery and that I could have it there in time for my dinner reservation at the Peninsula Hotel before 6:00 PM. They told me that they work with all of the downtown hotels and that they would coordinate with the hotel to have the flowers placed at our table for our dinner. When we arrived, the hostess sat us and they were there. It was so beautiful on the White Table Cloth. When I called I did not know what to order, they suggested that I leave it up to the designer. I did. My girlfriend LOVED the arrangement. I was very happy with Marcel Florist and will use them in the future!

I love the smell in the air, The fresh flowers set around the store - the orchids that abound on the carts in front! This is a great store. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This is the greatest florist in chicago! I needed flowers delivered fast to the Downtown Area, I called at 3:00 pm and was told by the kind person on the phone that he could get the flowers there before 4:30! Wow! The flowers were delivered at 4:00 PM and were beautiful. My Girlfriend was very pleased! :

I was MOST dissatisfied! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a sick friend. What was delivered was a bunch of wilted flowers crammed into a cheap vase. When I called, there was just nothing they could/would do. Because of their unwillingness to fix the problem, I would never call them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone!
