My wife and I took our first cruise on the Oasis of the Seas in December 2010. I loved it! It was the most carefree vacation I had ever taken. Thanks to my travel agent, she explained everything to us, i.e., gratuities, dressing, the boarding process, documentation, the use of our I.D. cards, dining options, etc., etc. Prior to the cruise we called the agency many times with questions and each time they were extremely gracious with their answers. The service was great. We can't wait to take our next cruise abroad with Let's Go Cruisin in 2012. Chicago
