DO NOT TAKE TRAINING CLASSES HERE! SAVE YOURSELF TIME & MONEY!I wanted to leave this place a great review since I enjoyed the actual class structure and my instructor, but it is completely unorganized. DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THEIR TRAINING CLASSES. Out of the 5 weeks of prepaid classes, class was cancelled 4 times and many times without notice to the class participants. I began their open enrollment on 6/4 and have had class cancelled 5 times over the next 8 weeks from 6/4-7/30. I do not live close to this place and have taken uber there and back multiple times only to be told there was no class today. They DO NOT notify you when there is no class so you waste time travelling there and back. Classes were cancelled on 6/4 & 7/23 with no notice to students. Last week (7/23), the instructor cancelled with no prior notice to students. No students were notified before the class was actually cancelled. He also didn't hold class the week before (7/16), or next week (7/30). The next time class is scheduled is 8/6. He told us about the 7/2, 7/16, & 7/30 no classes, but did not inform anyone about the 6/4 & 7/23 class cancellation. When I got to the location, the front desk woman rudely told me there was no class and that I was informed of this last week (which is NOT true because there was no class the previous week). Just call their number and you will see how rude the front desk person is. She was even rude when taking my payment for the class. I signed up for a 5 week class for K9 Kindergarten geared to puppies as it says on their site "specifically designed for puppies 10 weeks to 5 months old". Out of the 8ish dogs in the class, only my dog and another dog were actually within the "puppy age". The rest of the dogs in class were 8 months-1 year+ old. I expected the class to be great for puppy socialization like it said on the site, but seeing that only 2 out of the 8 dogs in class were puppies, it made it difficult for them to socialize. They may have great reviews online but DO NOT waste your puppy's formative months on countless cancelled classes. DO NOT TAKE TRAINING HERE.
