I have eaten at other Jimmy Johns and had wonderful experiences, but this place was the pitts! The place was filthy! There were two girls and the manager and only one customer so I don't know why they couldn't clean. I ordered 2 sandwiches and had to repeat my order 5 times. My son wanted a sub with just lettuce and we couldn't do that-either I order it with everything or order a "skinny" with just meat and cheese. I asked if I could order a skinny and add lettuce for an xtra charge and they said no. Then they wouldn't put mayo and mustard on it cuz on a "skinny" they don't do that so they gave me packets to do it myself. In the end, the girl still got my order wrong. At that point I was upset and demanded a refund and the manager would not give it to me. He said the only way I would get a refund was if something was wrong with my sandwich. I said "they were made wrong," and he said "no, something wrong like if there was a hair in it." I never got a refund and was disgusted in the end
