We have products for non-warrantable condos, low credit scores, jumbo mortgages, and multi-unit mortgages. Lakeside is a Chicago-based community bank with all the capabilities of any mortgage bank or broker. All of the underwriting, processing, closing and funding is done in Chicagoland. We offer conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and portfolio loans for condos, single family and multi-family homes using only local appraisers who live in your neighborhood.
