HAIRY FOOD!!! I went there with my Mom today and she had a skillet which looked great. I had the eggs and sausage with french toast. Before we could take a bite I noticed that The French toast had 2 strings of hair in it and I showed the server. She got the manager which is also the owner. He was extremely rude and proceeded to try to convince me in an argumentative tone that it wasn't hair. I was totally offended and shocked that someone would go to the extreme to convince a PAYING customer to eat hair. Even if it really wasn't hair the most appropriate thing to do is first be polite and apologize and remake the dish. It's only three pieces of bread which is not costing much of a loss to the restaurant especially if it helps you retain a customer. But he did the opposite by explaining that he was a cook for 30 years and he knows this is the way it always looks. His behavior made us decide to leave without anything. I will never ever ever ever again entertain the thought of eating at this place.
