I started going to Flashes for my hair cuts (I'm a guy) years ago when I lived in Wrigleyville and still do even though I now live 1/2 hour away. Their new location (across the street from the original) has the trendy design of a fashionable salon but without the over-the-top prices. They also provide massages and manicures.
