Frustrating experience (services not recommended). This company has poor customer service, lacks follow through regarding "customer satisfaction" and does not back the quality of their product. In my opinion "they are just looking to make the sell." They employ unprepared and unprofessional subcontractor that look to add additional charges for services and supplies not rendered. They are not timely with appointments and are not concerned with your inconvienence. The in-store manager is argumentative in regards to customer concerns (does not investigate) and has difficulties taking responsibility for the product and workmanship of the contractors they employ. I spent $870 on doors that are not flush with door frame, unable to look and screws that I was instructed to paint. The doors have began to rust in less than 60 days and the prevention product is a corrosion block agent, which can only be purchased from the company for an additional $20 (not part of installation).
