I was looking for their number and somehow connected to this site.I used them about a year ago for my kid's birthday and they were GREAT!!!! Obviously I'm going to use them again per my kid's and family's request. I'm more than happy to have them come back again. They are wonderful people and even stuck around longer so that everyone got a chance to take pictures with the animals. Thanks Ed

I hired them for a party unfortunately 2 of my children became ill the day before the party (influenza & ear infections) so I had to cxl and reschedule, Ed called everyday to see when they can reschedule, I told him that I would call once the kids were better since now my other children and myself became ill. Ed called me on a Friday again and mentioned that he has taken the liberty of rescheduling our party for that Sunday, I told him that I cannot contact all 30 of the guest for a party in two days, he was very upset and didn't understand. Again i told him that I would contact to reschedule, I then received a Very Very Nasty Call from Annette stating ' YOU ARE HAVING THIS PARTY THIS WEEKEND!!!! I than snapped back at her that "EXCUSE ME" but I am the customer and you are the service and I will call when I am ready she than referred to the contract and I pulled the contract out and told her the only stipulations in the contract is that YOU WILL ONLY TAKE "CASH" FOR THE SERVICE
