Dutch Farms, located in Chicago, is a distributor of refrigerated deli, dairy, bakery and meat products. Its customers include grocery warehouses and stores of all sizes throughout the United States. The company has more than 1,900 refrigerated and frozen food items, including cheddar cheese bars, shredded cheeses, bagels, cottage cheese, yogurt, hot dogs, prime beef, frozen seafood items, pasta salads, rice pudding, gelatin cups, soups, pizza, egg rolls and pastries. It has more than 500 Dutch Farms products and 1400 other name brand products. The company was founded in 1929 as a local produce distributor on Chicago s South Side. In 1999, Dutch Farms moved to its current facility, at Langley and 107th Street in Chicago.
