I don't usually write reviews, but i feel compelled to after my experience with Citywide. They are excellent. I've had my fair share of bad luck with my furnace that is new and already replaced by another company. I live in Lakeview, and when the weather got cold the furnace once again had a problem with the ignitor. I called about 7-8 heating repairman that night and most went right to an answering service and others told me would be $150-200 just to come out (not even cost of repair)! I spoke with citywide and their tech Mitch came out and was on time and immediately found the problem and explained what it was and their tech Mitch replaced the worn part in minutes and the cost was less than a 1/3 of what the other places wanted just to come out. It is for these reason I will use Mitch again (hopefully not this winter) and recommend him to friends and family. Finally --- a place that cares about service in an industry/trade that is based on service yet most are driven by money.
