can't say enough about how great these guys are. they took their time and made sure i had the right part and showed me how to put it on. super friendly too.
Horrible customer treatment--proceed with caution if you do business with them! Through their Amazon store, I ordered an engine maintenance kit. The shipment I received was missing the air filter. I reported this to them immediately (via the Amazon process), and even included a photo of the box and its contents. All I wanted was for them to send the missing part. Their response? "It's not possible we could have made that mistake." Not only did they refuse to resolve the issue, they went on to suggest I was mistaken or lying. After filing a claim with Amazon, I called the owner, who sounded quite put out that he had to deal with me. He didn't offer to resolve the problem (no surprise at this point) and would only say they are very careful about packing boxes and in today's economy they have to be very careful about sending parts and offering refunds when customers complain.
