Bethany Retirement is a faith-based, non-profit serving the vibrant Andersonville and Ravenswood neighborhoods in Chicago for over 126 years! We were founded in the Methodist tradition; however, we are home to a variety of faiths. We are 'Called to Care' and our desire is to provide active living for older adults through a robust activities program and to provide supportive services for our residents as they are needed. Bethany Retirement Community is licensed as a long term sheltered care facility, which boasts 24 hour security and nursing presence, on-site social services, three nutritious meals per day and is conveniently adjacent to Methodist Hospital of Chicago. We pride ourselves on our beautiful Heritage Garden, which is highlighted by a charming fountain and we are minutes away from the stunning Lake Michigan shoreline.
