Windy City dogs love our facility because our pet-lovingstaff customizes every pet's vacation to their individual Temperament and energy level. Indoors, our 22,000-square foot building buildingoffers spacious two-room standard suites and six luxury suites for VIP guests; large playrooms for day camp and play groups; and a 4,600-squarfe-foot room, with low-impact floor for agility and training classes. Cats enjoy our separate Kitty City wing;, away from the sights and sounds of dogs. Outdoors, a 1400-square foot play yard with pet grass provides another option for group and individual play sessions.

Think twice before leaving your loved one here. My parents took their very healthy, 2yr old dog in for a grooming and she died while in the care of this place. My parents were not happy with the way the news was delivered and how they were treated afterwards. My parents are still waiting for answers as they mourn the death of a dear family member.

This is my first time writing a review -- I was motivated by the consistent (5 years and counting) and beyond-the-expected great care my dogs receive at Best Friends. Bruce and his team know the personalities and quirks of my Chumleigh and Daisey almost as well as I do -- and they receive personalized attention accordingly. I trust them so much, in fact, that I actually had them look after Daisey while she was still recuperating from surgery -- when I arrived to drop her off, they showed me a personalized plan of care they had worked out so Daisey wold receive the best care possible. That's impressive and that's why I had to write this review. I would not take my Airedales anywhere else. Nancy D..
