A privately owned professional services company, BDA employee welfare and also offers consultation services to individuals and families. It also offers a wide range of consultation, training and counseling services, including personal and family crisis help lines, training and supervisory support and safety trainings. In addition, BDA provides a 24-hour counseling service for gambling addiction and drug and alcohol testing programs. BDA has corporate offices in Chicago, Washington D.C., Little Rock, Ark., and San Diego, along with more than 1,200 branch offices located throughout the United States.
