ASPIRA of Illinois is a nonprofit organization that offers an array of leadership development, cultural awareness and educational services. Founded in 1968, the organization operates several development centers and schools. Its Antonia Pantoja High School serves youth in the age group of 16 to 21 years. The organization s Mirta Ramirez Computer Science Charter School provides a comprehensive high school curriculum that focuses on technology. The organization also operates the ASPIRA Community Learning Center that provides supplemental educational services to students in grades four through eight. Located in Chicago, ASPIRA of Illinois also manages the Chicagoland Education & Research Institute and Salvador Brau History Project.
