Worse company insurance ever. I been with worldwide insurance company but this local one is ridiculous, canceled my insurance the same day they were supposed to take it from my bank account, they promised me that i will get a refund for everything yhe fact that i canceled it in time. Well after 2 months i receive the refund for $8 are you serious? ??? Spoke with their customer service saying that they cover me for the whole month! Are you f***ing kidding. I told her that i spoke with 2 different people from her company and that they asure me that i will receive my refunds but of course she said that there is not notes about it. I have my entired family using this piece of bullcrap insurance and they steal our money with lies. Worse decision ever, never never use this company again. THIS IS AN SCAM COMPANY.
This bootleg insurance company and their employees are so unprofessional. They spelled my name wrong on my documents and after paying for a policy I never received documents until I had to call them to ask for them. That was the first sign of unprofessionalism! Do not get insurance with them!!!!
I am not the best driver but they still gave me a low price for my insurance and sr22. The girl that helped me knew what I needed and helped me to get what I wanted. They also offer bond card and roadside assistance that I am glad they had, as I was able to use it when I needed it. They have long hours, very nice and helpful representatives each time I call. Check them out, it's really worth that call.
