After moving to Chicago from his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, Jonathan spent fifteen years with Pokorny & Marks, LLC, a boutique commercial law firm. While at that firm, he served as Director of Litigation and was lead counsel in various litigation matters involving complex breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, mechanic’s liens, foreclosure/title claims, condo owners association claims, post-judgment collection and bankruptcy proceedings in state and federal courts.
