This passion taking a neglected building and turning it into livable space that offers pride and reward for both the tenant and community alike is at the heart of Acorn's business model and extends to our property management business, which Markey went on to start in 1985. At Acorn, we aim to provide Chicago tenants with a place that they can take pride in and quickly call home. Today Acorn has a management portfolio of over 100 properties throughout Chicago, including both investor and self-owned properties. We handle apartments, condominiums, commercial and industrial buildings. With each of our properties in neighborhoods from Rogers Park to Beverly, Logan Square to Lakeview we seek to provide our clients with an attractive, clean, and secure rental property. Our property managers offer attentive customer service and timely responses, while our maintenance staff is prepared to handle any issue, small or large.
