You might consider becoming a member of the Better Business Bureau or some other organization that allows a potential customer to check you out before turning over their personal data. With identity theft such that it is, it would have given me some comfort to be able to check A&D out and determine that it is a legitimate company. Excellent!!! 1. How was our customer service? Excellent. Information provided on phone was helpful and our questions were always answered. 2. Were you satisfied with the results of your data recovery? Yes, I am told that about 75% of the data was useable although they were disappointed a complete website that was finished did not come through. 3. Is there anything we could have done better? The turn around was a longer than we anticipated. 4. Would you recommend A&D Data Recovery to others? Yes we would. 5. Other comments.
