This is one of the best ran condo that I have ever lived. While living there I appreciated how close I was to work and to all the extras such as restaurants, downtown, all the chain stores as well as the little speciality shops. Whaat I appreciated more was the manger of the condo's she was so helphful in helping me move in and when I had to move later because of job replacement (or I would still be theere) she was so super intelligent and held a high importance and respect to all the people who lived there. She always did the little extras for the children, her staff and her bosses. The Board of Directors knew she knew the legal in and outs. If for some reason some one complained about the management it was because they expected or did something in violation to the rules which are simply stated before hand. She would do anything to help anyone but when push cames to shove she did the right thing. She is one of the hardest working person I have ever seen. Product of a good upbringin

The building itself is great, but I give it two stars because the building management is terrible. There is simply a very high level of hostility and disrespect towards the residents there. The doorman are for the most part very nice people, but the building manager makes your experience with the building a pain. You practically have to beg her to do things that any other building would do without complaint. Huge level of bureaucracy and very poor tenant-care - in short, if the building had a better manager, I would probably be a 4-star. Management simply destroys a pleasant experience. Anecdote: I had a package delivered, for which I received an angry call saying it wasn't in the schedule (when I had spoken with the doorman about it two nights earlier and was given the OK) and it would be sent back. How hard is it to store a box in the mail room until I get back from work?
