This place is crooked!!! Paid for an suv the next day it rained in the truck through the sun roof. When I drive the suv started jerking took it back was promised it would be fixed by the shady salesman Corey Carthan who supposedly took it to the other Frank's in Bridgeview IL. Where they suppose to have certified mechanics. Come to find out they never seen the suv. To make a long story short I brung the suv back five times they wasn't even willing to put me in another suv of equal value. Thru all of this I never got a chance to talk to Frank he was always at an auction or stepped out of the office and never returned my messages n by the way I still have nothing to drive.I took it to a very reputable auto shop before I took it back to Franks because of the jerking n snatching n he said the transmission will be going out soon. So please do not spend your hard earned money there with the Shady salesmen n the cars they fix up just to get them off the lot!!!!! Mind u they still have the truck. I guess cause I'm a woman they tried to take advantage of me. I wish I didn't have to pick a star in order to rate Frank's because they deserve a -0!!!!!
