I have to say the the Cheyenne Child support enforcement single address location is the worst thing i have ever seen. Why in the world would it take 3 to 4 days to process an electronic payment and put it in another persons account? How hard can this be. It comes to Cheyenne on Tuesday, called and wont give any info just that it is there, then on Wed called in morning and at 12 noon, still not processed and then told it wont go to there bank till thursday, and then my bank on Friday, why the long process? It should just go into my account, im not on services through the state anymore and no one should be holding on to anything. There are no answers, but not efficient and if i did my job that way i would not be at my job anymore
