Never get a membership as they will never end it without a fight even when your commitment is completed.

Buyer beware! It takes an act of God to cancel your membership and they won't honor the month to month arrangement you are promised. It is so frustrating, and the local people won't help you, you have to deal with an 800 number billing service. Don't join!

Sedona Fitness for Women in Cheyenne, WY is a very nice facility, yet it is very small. It should probably be avoided during peak times such as immediately after 5:00 pm during weekdays due to limited space on cardio equipment and very crowded aerobics classes. Also, the dressing room is very near to the saunas...therefore you can hear conversations while sitting in the saunas, thus making the experience much less relaxing. Staff is very nice and prices are reasonable.
