I am a property owner of a South Park Estate Townhomes. I bought the townhome when I was stationed at F.E. Warren and after separating and moving to Tucson, kept it as a rental property. I have been with Preferred for over 5 years now after my previous property management company's owner retired. They are very accurate and have given me great tenants. I am very happy with the communication between us and they are always looking out for the owner. I trust them and would highly recommend them to all owners who are looking for a property manager. I was reading all the reviews and from a person who has dealt with tenants... the 1% who have a issue make 99% of the noise. The tenants that I have had live in my home worked well with Bruce and have always paid on time and left my property in great condition.
