I use them when I need work done at my business and at home. They are very reliable, polite and proffesional. I wouldn't use anyone else.

WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I was having sewer problems and paid this company almost $200 to camera and clean my drains. The tech as rude, treated me like dirt, commented that he did not like barking dogs (mine was in the backyard upset because she did not know him), got his pants dirty and complained that he hoped it came out thought the entire visit. Then he only scoped to the foundation cleaned only that far. He refused to put the camera back in after cleaning so we could go to the sewer to see if there were any other problems. Only 7 days later had a sewer back up again. I called the owner of the company 7 times and never got call back. Had to spend another $110 on a different company to come and clean it out again. The clog was about 10 feet from the sewer and over 60 from the foundation. Don't use this company unless you want to be treated rude and not get good service.

I have had these folks do work for me for years and have had excellent professionalwork done every time I have had to call them.From drain cleaning , sewer jetting and I have also had my septic tank pumped at my home.

Wouldn't use this company again ever. Was ripped off. They claimed to have pumped our septic tank, yet a few months afterwards it had to be pumped again, and and then a 3rd time. In between the 2nd and 3rd pumping (less than a month later) sewage backed up into our house destroying the carpet, Laundary /bathroom and furniture, costing approx $9000.00 worth of damage. We have had no problems since having another company in Cheyenne, WY. come out. They did a great job, and hit all the way to the bottom of our tank like you are suppose to. They found that B & B had left 9 1/2 inches of solid waste/scum at the bottom of the tank, causing problem for our leach field. B & B only took 10-15min each time to pump and only pumped the liquid. Another Cheyenne Septic Co. was here for 50-60 min. and completely did a great job. B & B does a crappy job causing problems for your septic, and leachfields, in order to replace your leachfiled at their costs. This is a Bad Company, and I wouldn't recommend
