Dr. Teller and Dr. Lobaugh have been practicing in the Washington-Baltimore area since the mid 90's. Our practice specializes in comprehensive eye care, medical management of eye disease and keratoconus. We have extensive experience in contact lenses and pre-and post-operative ophthalmic surgical care including the latest laser refractive procedures.
